Soft greens, watery blues, warm reddish pinks — the palette of Helen Frankenthaler's Mountains and Sea (1952) — are brought together in these fanciful mismatched dangle earrings in chrysoprase, aquamarine, apatite and Botswana agate.

Mixed shapes arranged in a different order in each ear add to the movement and the fun: pebbles, nuggets, rondelles and lightly textured abstract sterling links. Their rounded, irregular forms were chosen to evoke the same open, flowing feeling as the painting.
