Labradorite and Botswana Agate Marquise Pendant Necklace, Sterling

This necklace won't go unnoticed. Its pendant is 5" long, with three graduated marquise Botswana agates in dusty pink-apricot, and alternating labradorites with deep blue flash. Each stone is wire-wrapped to a sterling link, adding to the pendant's airiness and movement.  

These are specialty-cut Botswana agates in one of their rarer colors, and exceptional labradorites with labradorescence — the optical phenomenon that produces the Northern Lights effect.

The pendant is suspended from sterling cable chain by an artisanal sterling bail — lightly textured, lightly hammered — adding just enough Boho edge to keep this a versatile option for a night out or a weekend away. 

Inspiration is drawn from Helen Frankenthaler's painting, Plexus (1976) — apricot hues and silvery blue flashes mirroring the energy in her composition.
